Our Commitment
Draig Stack Security is committed to supplying quality equipment and professional installation services. This policy outlines how warranties are handled.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most equipment supplied by Draig Stack Security includes a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and product range.
Installation Warranty
Where applicable, Draig Stack Security may provide a workmanship warranty covering installation defects arising from our installation activities.
Warranty Claims
If you believe equipment has developed a fault during the warranty period, please contact security@draigstack.com with details of the issue and the site location.
Fault Investigation
Equipment may require inspection, testing or return to the manufacturer before a warranty claim can be approved.
Exclusions
Warranty cover does not normally include accidental damage, vandalism, misuse, abuse, environmental damage, power surges, unauthorised modifications or third-party alterations.
Software & Configuration
Changes made by third parties to equipment configuration, networking, user accounts or security settings may affect warranty support.
Replacement Equipment
Replacement equipment may be new, repaired or refurbished depending on manufacturer warranty procedures.
Business Continuity
Customers are responsible for maintaining suitable business continuity arrangements and backups where required. Security systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of loss or damage.
