Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These terms apply to services provided by Draig Stack Security, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, network infrastructure, security surveys, installation work, maintenance and support.
Quotations
All quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey or enquiry. Prices may change if site conditions, customer requirements, equipment availability or installation requirements change.
Security Surveys
A security survey helps us assess the premises and recommend suitable systems. A survey does not guarantee that all security risks will be removed.
Installation Work
Installation dates are agreed in advance. Customers must provide safe access, power where required, network access where required and permission to install equipment at the premises.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring access to the premises, maintaining internet connectivity where required and using systems in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
Payments
Payment terms will be shown on the quotation, invoice or agreement. Draig Stack Security may require a deposit before ordering equipment or scheduling installation.
Equipment
Equipment remains the property of Draig Stack Security until paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maintenance
Maintenance plans may include remote support, system checks, service reminders, call-out arrangements and agreed support services. Maintenance does not include misuse, damage, vandalism or unauthorised changes unless agreed separately.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Installation workmanship warranties may apply as stated in the quotation or service agreement.
Liability
Security systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee prevention of theft, loss, damage, intrusion or unauthorised access. Draig Stack Security is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption or losses outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms may apply once equipment has been ordered, installation dates have been booked or work has started.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
